The second method consists in the interaction and mutual influence of leaders - through the preparation of tactical plans, the exchange of ideas, common projects, joint actions, etc. What helps the leader to become "the first among equals", and the team-participant - to become the "center of attention". So at the first stage, programs were created in 8 regions of Russia and in Poland. There, the first volunteers brought eco-bags to their cities, which for one reason or another were not received at work, pulled them out of the storerooms, rented them and organized cleaning classes, lectures, and master classes in them. Our first eco-signs were also created there, on which we posted information about caring for the environment and information about the groups themselves. Further work in eco groups continued, and a year later there were already 9 eco initiative groups and 4 eco signs in Russia.
